摘要:

本文讨论了SVG系统中应用辅助谐振换流极技术的三相三电平逆变器,目的减少开关器件电压应力和电流应力,实现软开关,提高功率密度。本文通过分析ARCP二极管箝位型逆变器的工作过程,得到完成软开关的时间与负载电流和完成谐振所需的泵升电流之间的关系,以此决定辅助开关管的开通时刻。通过仿真和实验,验证了理论的正确性。

Abstract:

This paper reports the three-phase three-level voltage source inverter using the auxiliary resonant commutated pole technique in the SVG system. The purpose is to reduce the voltage stress and current stress of the switching elements, increase power density. A relationship is obtained between the soft-switching time and load current, pump current for resonant by analyzing the working process of ARCP diode clamped inverter. So the turn-on moment of the auxiliary switch is decided. The results are evaluated on the basis of the simulation and experiment results.
